I was very upset with Blunts Shoes! I bought a pair of new women's wave trek shoes from them on Ebay.. I had ordered a 6 and a half US size and they ended up sending me a size 4UK size which according to the conversion chart is a 6 US size. Well according to their return shipping policy on their website, if the mistake is their fault they will refund your purchase and refund your shipping costs. Well I sent the shoes back international shipping with tracking and it cost me $71.00 US. After Blunts Shoes received the shoes, they refused to refund me my shipping costs. I talked to Ebay about this and they sent an email to Blunt's Shoes, requesting that they refund my shipping costs. Blunt's Shoes ignored their Email. Blunt's Shoes decided to ignore their own return shipping policy, and I was cheated $71.00 US. I experienced terrible customer service, the company did not even care that I was not satisfied! 13-10-16
