Hadn't been to the shop before but went on a recommendation. Took an ipad 2 with a cracked screen. Staff were friendly and helpful, even letting me in before they opened. They replaced the screen and did a great job at a great price. Would absolutely recommend them.

customer service 2nd to none! - I recently visited griff's swap shop as needed my turntables fixing, both decks were in need of bringing back to life!! I left my turntables in the shop for a few daY's for russ to have a look at them, 4 times over the weekend russ rang me to inform me on all faults he found, he also explained fully how he would fix the issues which put my mind at ease! You don't get this sort of service very often and this is the first review I have ever left but felt I had too. Thanks guys, much appreciated ????Lee.

excellent!! - I brought a ps3 from here, it kept freezing amd was slighty faulty, when I took it back too get a exchange I was very happy as it was exchange for a higher quality ps3 free off charge and also a new pad as a good will gesture! Excellent service and great staff! Would defiently recommend over any other shops as it is the best I have been for price, quality and service! Many thanks too griff swop shop!! Very happy customer

Genuine guys - I recently broke my iPhone 4 and the touch would not work.
I took to a few repair shops in Chester and they said it was a hardware fault and would cost around £130 to fix and would take at least a week to repair. This was not an option for me as it was to long to wait and to expensive.
On the way home i noticed this little shop in Brook Street and called in. I explained to the guys what was wrong and they said leave it with us and we will get back to you within the hour and let you know if it can be fixed. True to their word they phoned me and to my relief they could fix it and it would be ready for me to collect the next day at the fraction of cost.
These guys are genuine and the best, they know what they are doing as for the remark about unlocking i find this hard to believe as i have taken my son and daughters phones to be unlocked and it only took a few hours.
I totally recommend this shop to anybody just call in and ask if you have a problem. They will help you and give you advice.

amazing. - my dad owns this shop and anyone who says rubbish about him is lying, he is great he cares so much about people, he gives money to charity he runs marothons he does more than you think he does not just care about money in fact he's no a money lover at all really he just wants enough money to look after us all. he is dedicated and i know this because when he comes home he goes to his shed and fixes more things and pedro one of his workers does this to they are always working and often he is fixing, either mine my friends or his friends things for cheap or even free! he is amazing and i couldnt wish for a better dad so shutup with all your horrible things to say your an idiot you dont know anything about my dad.

1st class customer service!! - i would recommend visiting this shop to anybody looking for a secondhand bargain. I have shopped at many second hand shops over the yrs and im proud to say that griffs swop shop is head and shoulders above any iv ever seen b4!! The proprieter (griff!) could not have been more helpful even advising me to go for the cheaper option of the 2 cameras that i asked about as it would b more suited 2 my requirements; followed by the offer of my money back if i wasnt entirely happy!! Needless 2 say i had no need to take him up on this as the camera is excellent and especially as iv since found a similar shop down the road was selling the same model at slightly less than TWICE what i paid!! A very satisfied customer indeed!
