My favourite restaurant in Bath - I'm almost a regular at Yak Yeti Yak. I always take friends from out of town and they always love it. I originally discovered it because it caters well for vegans (they even have helpful notes in the menu).

The staff are friendly and the atmosphere relaxed. The food is fantastic. In my opinion the vegetarian dishes are the best (and the best value). I highly recommend the spinach dish. Their dahl's are great and not to be overlooked. For desert get the carrot and cinnamon tart.

Portions aren't huge and so, as a person with a fairly healthy appetite, the cost can creep up - that's where plenty of rice and dahl can help out. Drinks aren't super cheap either.

Bath has a lot of restaurants and this is my favourite, so well done to them! 09-07-09
