Brusque and off-hand after sales - I bought a cooker from Electric Aids by going in and discussing my requirements in the shop. It took twice as long to arrive as they had said and when it did come it was not what I had asked for. I tried to have a discussion but was brushed off or told that I was wrong, or even that they had been trading for 35 years and therefore must be right.
I am now stuck with my unsatisfactory cooker and wish I had used any other supplier.

DO NOT USE! - Electric Aids is completely unreliable... we had booked a slot for them to come and do repairs for us, and they never showed. When I called the shop back to ask what happened, they said they'd call their repair person and call me right back--which they never did.
Bottom line: take your business elsewhere!
