The customer service is appalling. They have very poor communication with both their customers and their manufacturers. When chasing a bed that they said would have been delivered by a date already passed they told me it would be with me the following week. The week I am expecting it to arrive they told me it won't be delivered for several more weeks. I asked to speak to the manufacturers directly and they told me the bed had not been started yet and would take another 6-7 weeks. The manager at this store is the most argumentative, arrogant individual I have ever had the misfortune of talking to. When I raised concerned that they had not sought accurate information about the delivery of the bed as it had not yet started to be made let alone be delivered this very week, he spoke over me saying that I was accusing his staff of having lied. Both him and his staff repeatedly told me how bad a situation they are in for having to let other customers down as well, which is, of course, is no concern to me. I was already having doubts with this order as the over the phone mannerism when taking the order left me with little confidence that the order has been placed correctly so I asked for the invoice to be sent in the post. It took three phone calls chasing the invoice before I finally received this. I also asked for a sample of the fabric when chasing the invoice which they said they would send and in total this took 4 phone calls before it was received. If you do have any problems with your order, please don't expect to get any assistance from the manager of this store. I was totally taken aback by the manager's mannerism and lack of professionalism when dealing with customers.

Worst customer service- do not use! - This is the worst customer service I have ever received. There is no point in even talking to the Manager as he is the worst one there!! I went here to buy a bed and when purchasing it the staff seemed fine. I was told my bed would arrive in 2-3 weeks as I explained I was sleeping on an airbed so needed it asap. I paid £200 deposit and was told to pay the rest when the bed was delivered at the warehouse. Over three weeks later and I hadn't heard a word from them. I tried calling the store but the lady was not helpful at all and did not apologise once for oninconvenience this had caused. Nor could she give me an indication of when my bed was likely to arrive at the warehouse. Four weeks in and by me ringing again I found out that it should be at the warehouse the following week. I rang customer service again that week and was told they would call me back. I never received a call back. I then rang the store and talked to the Manager Gerry who did not apologise at all for the delay. He confirmed the bed had no arrived at warehouse and said it should be delivered the week after. I asked for a small discount to compensate or have my deposit returned wasn't happy with the service. Gerry refused and said the goods are now at the warehouse so they will not do anything like that. He was not empathetic at all and disregarded my issue. After purchasing a bed for £1000 I expect better service than that. This is one of the worst experiences I have had with regards to customer service and I am extremely disappointed with the service or lack of it!!! Do not shop here, there are plenty of other great furniture shops around and you can't trust this one!!
