poor quality, Arcadia waste time! - This goes for Stoke-on-Trent store; other stores I haven't visited.

Reasons for bad quality.

1. Flat trainers/shoes with no heels (guys like heels - if Arcadia ever bothered to research fashion and come up with the concept anyway)

2. Never have enough short-length trousers and jeans.

3. Website is not worth the effort. I checked to see if a jacket was in stock last christmas, the website said: Out of stock. Checked back five days later: 'Out of Stock'. Seriously, if an item is out of stock it WILL return but if an item is SOLD OUT then that item is then UNAVAILABLE. Do you (Arcadia) have any idea what the RETAIL industry is about - service ? 28-07-08
