key cutting service - Clearly an old man who would prefer to do something else than cut keys - had to go back there to have him cut another as one of the two keys (interior and exterior door) did not work. He tells me how his machine is working perfectly - I remind him, that may be, but the key does not work in my door. He cuts another, begrudgingly , then hands it over and reminds me that these keys are for different doors - something I have in fact noticed over the past two years of living in my flat! I really hate it when people who make mistakes attempt to transfer responsibility over by making out your're some kind of idiot - I reckon he cut two of the same keys I handed him and didnt want to admit it - one even had a coloured tab on one of them to show they were different. And saying "one of each, please" should have offered a clue. Dammit, I'm peeved now.
