Horrible - Hi,

I went there today asking for a simple, clean french manicure (I even had a picture on my phone to help them). My nails were very short so i asked for extensions and acrylic. I actually think french is quite popular and easy to be done. Apparently not!

After one of the guys cleaned my nails and put the tips on, he started putting acrylic on top, polished it, painted my tips white and then he put a clear nail vanish. That's all, job done. I was shocked! Even my old nan could do a better job. You could clearly see where the extension was glued, the tips had different shapes, nails looked chunky and with sharp edges and the cuticles looked rough and dry. It was horrible!
I said I'm not happy with them and that is nowhere near to what I asked for but the lady there (because she's the only one who can speak English) said that it looks perfect like that, that many people ask for it and i shouldn't look at it closely. She then became very aggressive saying to make my mind up on keeping it like that or taking it off completely. After 1hour and 40 minutes wasted in there, she said I could have it removed completely if I don't like it!
I was so upset that I asked to have the nail polish removed and replaced with a simple cream nail polish so I could leave.

There's no need to mention there was no final treatment or hand cream. Not even a 'sorry'!

I am extremely disappointed! Worst service I ever had!

If you ever read this, please don't go there! Don't waste your money on such a rubbishpy service!
