Good stuff, variable service - I've been here a couple of times and had variable service. Some of the staff seem to be of the 'bike snob' variety, i.e., if you don't know what you're talking about they look down on you. On the other hand some are very good, so it might be worth taking a chance. If you are looking to buy a bike you should definitely check out their range as there are some bargains to be had if you don't insiste on the big brands like Specialised and Trek. DDG mountain bikes and Guess road bikes are both very good and at a good price.
