A Great Salon - My search for a great hair salon in London is finally over. Circulo is a small place (5 stations?) just a short walk from Tower Bridge in Shad Thames. The staff are genuinely friendly (hard to find in London salons, in my opinion), but not overly solicitous. The place is very hip, decorated in deep reds and mirrors everywhere.

I've been going for about six months now to Antony. He's great at listening to what I want without imposing his own opinions - and at the same time he's very talented so every month I walk out with a fabulous haircut. In fact I think he's one of those stylists that's so creative that no two haircuts could ever be exactly the same - every month the cut is slightly different but consistently super stylish and sophisticated. And I'm picky, so to say I like my haircut every month no matter what is saying something.

The prices are good for London, ranging between 40-50 pounds. This is a great place overall and I'd highly recommend trying it instead of one of the big chain salons. 05-04-08
