beware with them - My wife had her hair straightened couple of weeks back. They said that it will cost £80 at the time of enquiry. But, when the straightening was about to complete, they added £10 for trimming, £20 for washing and it finally cost £120. Since it was her first experience, she didn't know much about hair straightening. But she was not given proper advice about when to wash the hair. 2 days later, she purchased some special shampoo from them. Without knowing that she shouldn't wash the hair for a week, she washed and every thing has gone. The hair has returned back to the original state. When she called them up, they said that they cannot anything. She has to pay again if she wants to do it again. We lost £150 including the shampoo cost. So, be ware with them.
