avoid not worth the bother - booked a kgb deal facial, manucare, pedicre was told on the phone facial took 1 hour ped took 45 min and man took 45min so she booked me in 4pm saying i would be finished around 6.30 well i was 25min late as its ridiculas to find. staff were so rude i told them straight away i dont mind skipping the facial, they said i would only have time now for a manucare, they said the faical took 1 hr they made no sense what so ever i left 45 min later at 5.30 with 1 of my 3 treatments, so unprofessional these good comments on here are not genuine

hair service - Went to Exquisite Hair Salon with my sister, she had a highlights offer and i had my first keratin blowdry, we were surprised that the salon was medium size, however the service was very good, the gentleman offered us tea and coffee as we sat down, we didnt have to wait and was taken over for our consultations, the stylist who done my treatment was very friendly, my hair was styled after nicely my sister had great looking colour highlights and a good cut, we will definately return.

Avoid at all costs - This salon is appalling. I bought a KGB deal (more fool me), arrived, was waved to a chair (not spoken to ONCE by one of the team. One man sat there, refused to talk, refused to answer the phone despite clearly being a member of staff). No colour chart to choose from, applying the highlighting paste took all of 15 minutes. Roots as bad as when I went in. Specifically said I don't like stripy highlights- and lo and behold, orange streaks. AVOID AVOID
