DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE EVER. - If you wish to waste your time, money and probably your energies trying to explain to a very rude woman why "other people like it" is not a good enough excuse to ruin your hair then this is your place.
I would not recommend this salon to anyone.
I have a picture with me on my arrival of me with high lights as I have them in the past, when I went to a very good place in Spain, I show it to the hairdresser and ask to get exactly the same colour and as before full head high lights.
From that moment on she asked keep talking in russian to everyone in the saloon who were not customers and ignoring me, an "assistant" mixed the colours, not catalogue was shown to me as I show them the picture with the colours I wanted. Then the assistant took 15 minutes to do 1 high light on my hair, and she seemed like she didn't have a clue, during this time, the main hairdresser kept talking with her mates.
I then complain and said that I didn't feel ok with this girl doing it. Then I got the main hairdresser, who keep talking an laughing with her mates while doing my hair. When they have to wash it, the "assistant" was doing the toner... the keep adding more and more, and I knew something was really wrong.
On top of my so far very bad experience, a very angry lady arrived to complain about how bad they have dyed her hair and that it was looking the same after 2 weeks, when she left, the main hairdresser said that she didn't have a clue and that she was lying... I was then sure that going there was a mistake, but still I hoped not to be me the next angry girl.
First impressions were bad, and they were right.
When I saw my hair I realised that they have dyed it all, so I have no a single hair left that is my colour, and the only highlights I can see are thicker than normal white/ really light blonde ones, just so you know I have requested dark blonde and light brown highlights to lift up my dark blonde hair...
They haven't added that many, but as they are thick it is really evident, so I have 3 thick white lines on top of my fringe and some others everywhere else... the first thing that comes to my mind is a racoon.
I asked if they can short it out, as that is not AT ALL, what I wanted.
Then they told me that other people like it like that and that they like it like that, and that is ok, that I just need to get used to it...
I don't see how I can get use to look like a teenager with huge stripes on my hair when I was going for a really natural look... anyway the woman without offering any discount, offers to fix it on monday.
Then on monday I got offer 2 options:
a/ they could dye again all of my hair to cover the white (so basically I would have paid for highlights and instead get my hair dyed back in to my colour)
b/ get darker brown high lights on the middle to break it down... so more racoon style.
If I was 15 and I was following that thing called "emo" trend then I will be now very happy, but as that is not the case and I am an adult working on an office I decided to walk away and go to a place where they actually would do what I ask to be done and where they actually know where they are doing.
I also was told that I didn't know how highlights look like (even tough I have a picture of me with them on) and that they look like take because I have curly hair....
They still of course kept my money... so if I add that to the money I will have to pay now to get it shorted this high lights are going to be the more expensive I have ever had.
