thisisnotcustomerservice. AVOID - Delivery time of 12 weeks became many, many months. Damaged good arrived eventually. Company (illegally) refused refund. Company almost never responded to calls or emails. Eventually had to call trading standards about them. This was my experience. Check the web, there are many similar reviews popping up for this company. Shop elsewhere.

Appalling service - Ordered two chairs. Stated delivery of 7-12 weeks. Rang after 12 weeks and was told "They'll be here soon". This was repeated every 4 weeks, although it's frequently difficult to nearly impossible to ge through.After 30 weeks, I gave up and asked for a refund. This turns out to involve filling in a form and waiting 28 days! I'm still waiting...
