Nasty shopping experience! - These people are obviously making far too much money for too little effort, this is a nasty shop where the staff are unfriendly and have zero product knowledge; the layout is bad, there are insufficient counter staff and all in all it is an awful experience. The same people also own Lillywhites in Piccadilly and that store is equally terrible, they do not deserve your money! 10-05-11
