FURIOUS TOSHIBA USER - These people were recommended by Toshiba as being their authorised service centre. The description of the service cannot be posted on this site. Needless to say DO NOT USE THEM. Any Toshiba user who is told by Toshibe to go to Gultronics for a Warranty repair should say NO THANKS give me an alternative.

They will fleece you for every penny you have!!

I have been forced to give a rating, which should be zero.

Avoid at all costs! - I was reassured my laptop could be fixed and that it'll cost me £50 + VAT plus the cost of the part to fix it. Then they told me they couldn't get hold of the part so they couldn't fix it but they refused to give me any money back. We will never use them again at the office and I'm considering reporting them to Trading Standards.

Dangerous and Expensive - OMG these guys would be funny if there weren't so horrifyingly bad.
