MAC 1 hit and run. - In response....I don't think it's necessary to bore everyone with the details. I am glad you had a great experience, but this doesn't discount the ordeal that I went through. Let people make up their own minds. I still strongly suggest they avoid this place and it's terrible customer service.

Hit and run? - I do not understand the review below.
I have been to Mac 1 many times and they have given me sound advice and I have never found any of the staff or the manager to be "unscrupulous and unprofessional". They may seem expensive but they have carried out work for me in the same day and provided a great servie. That is something that I find great about Mac 1 and is hard to find these days.
I think a proper explanation of your experience would be better rather than a quick moan about them taking money from you, would help others to decide properly

MAC 1 hit and run. - MAC 1 charged me 120 pounds for what could have been solved with 10 seconds simple advice. The manager at MAC 1 Shoreditch branch has an unscrupulous and unprofessional business ethic. A disaster experience at MAC 1 Shoreditch. I would strongly advice anyone to make a trip to the genius bar at Apple or find another solution. Shame.
