Not what I expected - As a frequent business traveller to London and Europe, I have the opportunity to eat at a lot of different places in a lot of different places. I had walked past Cyrano on Holland Park in London several times during my many stays here and this evening I decided to stop there for dinner with my girlfriend who was visiting.

The service was far from attentive and not even polite. The food was bland, overheated, and poorly presented. We waved away fruit flies and house flies during the meal. We were never once checked on by the wait staff (3 wait staf fand only five tables occupied for a total of 9 customers counting us). When I tried to pay, nothing but hassles.

I have had better service and better food at fast food restaurants. This is not a place I would recommend to anyone.
