Woeful - Sorry, this place was aweful. I was gutted - it looked so great from the outside. The fishmonger-come-restaurant concept held so much promise. But the service was horrendous, the FISH WAS OVERCOOKED (?!?!), the menu items inflexible, and they didn't miss you when they charged.

I really don't get how they're in business.
