Terrible business - WARNING !! This dog groomers has destroyed the image and confidence of my dog. I have a bichon and they shaved all of him. They did not listen to basic instructions on how i wanted my dog groomed. This business should be closed down . I am going to trading standards an contacting my solicitor to take this further. Awful customer service awful business!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED DO NOT GO THERE FOR YOUR DOGS SAKE !!!! 20-01-09
