Just ok considering the price - I had a cut and colour at T&G last week and was a bit nervous having just moved to the area leaving my faithful hair stylist of 6 years 120 miles behind!
I mentioned this to the colourist who kind of laughed along with me but I didn't feel really did anything to ease my apprehension. The stylist who cut my hair was again proficient enough but I felt a little pushy in trying to sell up their extra treatments.
Although the end result is ok and I'm pleased with my hair cut, I feel the colour is a little removed from what I originally asked for (when I told the colourist I thought it was a little lighter than I would have liked she responded, Yes it looks great doesn't it?). I also think the manner of the staff if a little stand-offish although maybe I just caught them on an off day.
That said, they were able to accommodate my appointment at fairly short notice (4 days) and do have a good range of products on sale. I think I just expected something a little more impressive for a top end priced salon.
