Disgustingly trashy - I've tried this salon several times now, out of convenience. The first time was your average cheap hollywood wax which I could handle, but my experiences just have got generally worse and worse. The next experience had my beautician take over 40 minutes to do my wax as she kept coming in and out between waxing to answer the phone and gossip with some woman standing behind the curtain. I was literally naked waist down and she stood with the curtain open blabbing away. The next time I went I got a different beautician hoping for a better experience. I got home and half the hair was still there. Today was the final straw. I went in waited for over 25 minutes with no one, absolutely no one coming to the reception desk even though I had booked an appointment. Meanwhile a homeless looking man ran in and out bringing a girl curry which she sat in ate in the middle of the salon stinking the whole place up. You can't get more east end London trashier than this place. 27-04-11
