Felt like slapping them - "our aim is to deliver to your doorstep within 30-40 minutes" they state on their leaflet and on the phone.

After a 13hour working day, all we wanted was something quick at simple. Order at 20:20, after 6 phonecalls to them, our food arrived at 22:15, stone cold and soggy. We refused to pay for it and it was totally unfit to eat. I feel like going to the newspapers
