A Traditional Welcome - When you walk into the Gardeners Arms you immediately feel welcome. It's not that the dominoes players pay you any attention but the barmaid ensures that you feel right at home and then serves you a very passable pint of Tetleys or John Smiths from the cask.

The Gardeners is what pubs used to be like. It is in Hunslet where once there were dozens of similar hostelries. Still an oasis of calm and sanity it is well worth a visit. 16-01-08
