Does not fufil orders and ignores all phone calls and emails.

I am new to the area and took my mountain bike to Wheelspin after the chain snapped earlier in the year. I was charged £45 for a full service and chain repair. I rode the bike twice and the chain snapped again so I took it back and was quoted £7 for this and changing the pedals.
Upon collection today I was charged £22, I paid but then queried this. I was told that it was because when they investigated why the chain snapped it was because the gears were not set correctly. I told them they had reset the gears in the service, the guy told be he couldn't remember the job and when I suggested he check his computer records but he just looked at the floor.
I feel taken advantage of and will not be using this shop again.
