Tip Top Tapas - I'm really surprised to be the first one to review this completely wonderful restaurant. I've eaten there probably three of four times now and every time's a winner. It's not your typical tapas restaurant to look at. No dusty old bottles of wine hanging from the ceiling, just simple white decor and with very hip stylised art work on the walls along with the wallpapered feature walls. The staff are delightful and all Spanish too. Despite what my friends may say, I'm not a sherry drinker, so here's my guilty pleaure - a nice glass of chilled sherry at Lola Roja while I figure out the menu - who'd have thought.

And as for the tapas itself - utterly faultless. There isn't one plate of tapas that I didn't jealously covet for myself, reluctantly sharing with my friends. The great thing about tapas is you can so easily order more of whatever you fancy.

Not surprisingly, it's always busy. It's not very big so I recommend that you book. If it's a nice day and there's just two of you, they have a great bar bit outside where you can sit on high stools, eat and enjoy all the prams and 4X4's jostling their way up Northcote Road.

Even better news is that they are opening another in Fulham on Wandswoth Bridge Road. Lucky Fulham!
