not to be trusted. Terrible - I took a Mac Pro book 15 to be repaired on Thursday last week. It was working fine despite having been dropped a few years back. The only things I wanted repaired were the in-built camera which had stopped working a coupke of weeks before and the screen which was starting to come out of its hinge. Apart that, it just worked fine. Thr guy who opened it( i think his name is Neil) originally said that the frame was cracked and could not be repaired as parts could not be found. Then while trying to put it back together, he realised that the screen was not firing up anymore. He conveniently said that it was because it had been broken when the computer was dropped years ago. The connection was damaged. Took it to Amsys in central London who are Apple authorised repairers and they confimed the verdict but i was also told that the connective bit of the screen had been damaged while opening it by someonne who did not know what they were doing and pulled the cable the wrong way hence damaging it completely. Moral of the story.. PCHospital are not expert in repairing Macs. And they don't know what they are doing. The guy who broke it came up with all sorts of reasons other than HIM To justify the breakage. NOT TO BE TRUSTED. Also these guys should also let you know before opening a machine that old Macs are considered 'vintage' and apple does not produce parts so it is very hard to repair if somehting is broken. If you need someone who can repair a Mac and know what theyr are doung, then go to AMSYS in Berwick Street London.

RIP OFF RIP OFF RIP OFF - I bought a second hand laptop for my daughters Christmas present from this shop. The Manager Paul convinced me to spend £200 pound on this computer after I told him Amazon have brand new laptop for £230.He insisted on cash and would not let me take the computer home; he said he would deliver it.
The computer arrived later that day with an intermittent fault on it.
A few weeks later the problem got worse so I return it to the shop.
Paul refused to repair the mouse pad unless I had work done on the hard drive, for which he would charge me £70; I said why I would pay you £70 to clear the hard drive when I could do it myself for free. He said in that case I will give you a free USB mouse and we will say no more. Trading standards are investigating.
This is not the first, second or third time I have gone to this shop for one thing and ended up having the hard drive worked on. Paul has a smooth way of talking and will get your money from you one way or the other. I have had enough of it.
I have been very generous in awarding one star for this shop.
BE WARNED STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP.
