the worst garage in london - This company had my car for 3 weeks I did ask for it back and when they drove up there was a child seat fixed in my car WTF and when all was completed 2 week later I revised a parking fine which there refused to pay and told me they have paid it in full 2 months later im still dealing with Hammersmith council I can only hope that they will pass the bill on. Do not go there do not use stay away no communication you have to chase them up all the time to find out what's going on DO NOT USE THEM

Horrible experience - Garage offered to unstick a jammed seatbelt and rang to tell me the car was ready, but when I went to collect it, the car was not there. It had apparently been taken on an hour-long 'test drive'. I asked why and was told I didn't understand the first thing about cars. When the car was finally returned to me I felt in a very uncomfortable position with an extremely abusive man. In the end I wasn't charged, but I felt very unsafe and have had a horrible experience. I would strongly advise people not to use this garage-especially a woman like me!
