Snooty and slow - I was prepared to spash out and buy expensive curtains because I thought they were so important in the decoration of my home so I went to Colefax & Fowler as their store seemed so lovely from the outside. I was drawn in by some fantastic curtain rods they had in the window, however I found out that they do not actually stock these. What sort of interior design place cant sell what is in their own window?

Their fabrics are amazing but be prepared to pay for them.

I was going to get C & F to make my curtains for me as well as buying thier fabric. After 5 months of chasing, and the estimate more than doubling I had to walk away. When I complained about the service I had recieved I was told off like a naughty school girl.

If you are one of the Chelsea elite you may get treated with more respect than I did, but I was not impressed with the service I received especially since their prices were so astronomically high they were unjustifiable. 25-05-08
