Rudest welcome I've ever recieved - I went to the European Travel Centre because I was told that they sell Italia Rail tickets which are quite hard to come by in London. The shop front is a locked door with a poster inside and an intercom. When I pressed the buzzer I was greeted by a very rude voice asking what I wanted and when I asked about rail tickets she said that they wouldn't sell me tickets unless I bought a whole package. This was all over the intercom on a very busy street so I couldn't hear much, and she never allowed me to come into the actual shop to discuss the options. She simply told me that she couldn't help. Would not recommend trying this place as they are clearly not at all customer focused and in fact, don't seem to want customers at all.
