Deplorable workmanship on windows - They were employed to add new security glass behind the stained glass of the front door. We are now having to employ someone else to redo the terrible job that they have done. They re-used the old beading without trimming it down, so that it sticks out from the door by about 3 mm. They applied putty at the top, which is still not dry one week later, and has large gaps where it doesn't meet the glass. The workman was quite intimidating when I suggested that the job was not good, and the owner of the shop refused to come and see the terrible job that his employee had done.
I do not recommend Dawes Glass, and would certainly never use them again. 18-05-12
