DO NOT USE THESE RIP OFF MERCHANTS! I was told a Powerflush of my heating system would require two engineers on site for a whole day and was quoted £1595 + VAT which I thought was reasonable given the amount of time and their £90/hr rate. In reality, one engineer turned up on site for <7 hours. They misrepresented the time required to perform the work to significantly overcharge me. They are refusing a partial refund to reflect the actual time/cost the job took. Felt like going back 25 years to price gouging. At least there are more public forums to air complaints and warn others now

DO NOT USE - Terrible service.
They installed a new boiler at our flat a few months ago.We Called out a plumber as the boiler switch was accidentally switched off, was told I would not be charged as it was a simple mistake. I was then charged for this. Tried to dispute but both managers were unsympathetic.
Awful experience. money grabbers. No customer service whatsoever. DO NOT use them!
All they care about is getting the most money out of their customers. Absolutely no integrity or customer service, I cannot stress this enough.
