Get your first choice at Primetime - I have visited this store many times and I am always amazed at how well they know their product and how they are willing to share their knowledge with there members.
They are always friendly and efficient. The store is well organised and it is easy to find your way around.
They hold a lot of back cat titles, International films along with their new release section. They also have an Internet Cafe on site where again the staff are always willing to help you if you run into a problem. If you are looking for somewhere to rent a DVD or to use the Internet this is the place to be.

Unfriendly staff - Unfriendly staff (except one). I often felt like asking them for a favour when instead they should be happy about paying customers walking through their door.

Most of the time, there is no "Hello" or "Thank you" ... The good people there should really take a few seconds to think about who in the end is paying their wages.

They have definately lost a customer in me. I'v been there for a few months (so, I gave them a chance, really). But I see other people who are more happy to make business.
