Terrible Service - Plum Lettings is your quintessential, stereotypical nightmare real estate agency. If you decide to use this agency, please make sure you correspond only in writing or via email, as problems discussed over the phone will never be addressed. The staff are lazy and unhelpful.
Also, if you appreciate rude service, this is definitely the agency for you. These guys aren't shy when it comes to condescension.
Although my partner and I are working professionals, and have always been polite to the staff, for some reason they have decided to be unprofessional towards us.
Fortunately, our new property agent in Wimbledon is fantastic. Young, upbeat and motivated, they have not let us down and have communicated with us instantly whenever required. It's not that difficult!
