The worst service ever... - As a professional,i need drycleaning and ironing service regulary, nearly every week. Having moved to Barnes recently i decided to use Riverside Dry Cleaning company, first impressions were ok as i got my ironing back in time and it wasn't perfect but ok. When i went back home i realized that i didn't have the receipt with me. Receipts are very important for me to keep as i use them for my company tax records. When i went back to the drycleaning shop next day, the guy said he can't give me a new receipt and he has to check the perivous days records,although i found this very strange, i said ok, and i went back there the next day with more ironing to be done, and the guy there said he couldn't find the records, and he can't give me my receipt, and started arguing with me when i reminded him that he should give a receipt in any occasion whether the client asks for it or not..I suggested him to give two receipts in one total as i already brought him more ironing.. He was really rude with the way he talks and obviously knows nothing about customer satisfaction!! Strongly recommend to avoid this dry cleaning company not only for the poor service but also for the wrong attitude towards clients ...
