Don't Even Think About It! - Staff are nothing but lazy. I booked an appointment for a half leg wax and was told to allow 45 mniutes. I assumed this would be a decent job, however as soon as I lay down the girl tried to go as fast as she could. After 15 minutes, I was told that it was all done however there was still hair on my legs, about 5mm long so is more than enough to be taken off by wax and easy enough to be plucked out by tweezers. I thought she would get the tweezers out and when asked all she said was that they were too long and that when they grow longer, the next wax would get them.

Why pay for wax when only half of the hairs come off? What a useless service. This has left a bitter taste in my mouth.
