Sarkhel's Indian Cuisine is the award winning restaurant of Udit Sarkhel, former executive chef at London's Bombay Brasserie and author of the Bombay Brasserie Cookbook. The restaurant features Sarkhel's unique Indian Cuisine with recipes drawn from his years of cooking throughout the sub continent as head chef for the Taj Mahal Hotel Group. The emphasis is on authentic, classical and fresh quality Indian cooking, the kind of food served in Indian homes. They can cater for private parties of up to 100 guests upon request. They also provide a takeaway menu.
