I arrived at 5.40pm on a Tuesday to find the shutters being closed and the shopkeeper leaving. I asked what time he normally closes - "6pm" was the reply.
When I pointed out that it was earlier than 6pm, he just said he wanted to leave early.
I said that I needed to buy a lock, but he said that it wasn't convenient for him to serve me.
I replied that, "it's a shame you don't want my business", and the shopkeeper just shrugged his shoulders.
This place must earn plenty of money if it can afford to close early and treat customers with such indifference.
