VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER ... - I girlfriend of mine recommended me to visit Dr Rita Rakus.
I had returned to London after living 10 years in Plam Beach, Florida, where I had had a top dermatologist doing my Botox and fillers for several years.
I had not managed to find a doctor in London to do my various up keep of Botox and fillers until I found Dr Rita Rakus.
Her clinic is professional and very welcoming. All her staff members are extremely friendly, warm, helpful, caring and always make you feel taken cared of in the best possible way.
I have been to the clinic many times and never experienced waiting time, but always been seen on time. The clinic is absolutely beautiful. Clean, fresh and homely.
Dr Rita Rakus is amazing. Very professional, fast and efficient.
I want to express, that I have been very happy with all the various treatments I have had done by her.
The Botox treatments have taken years off my face, definitely made me look a lot younger in a fresh and natural way.
Thank you Dr Rita Rakus and big thanks to all her lovely staff for always taking the best care of me.

Touched by an angel! - Within a very warm and safe environment, Dr Rakus provides the best advice. Her subtle and non intrusive touches make me feel young and look fresh every time. A personal and welcoming treatment by all staff makes you feel at home.

Fabulous - I have been coming here for years. Found out about her from friends and I have never has cause to complain! The service is truly excellent - I have never been "bumped off" because someone more important has arrived which happens elsewhere. The staff are all friendly, down to earth and very attractive- a good testament to her skill.Most importantly of all she is excellent at what she does and has never tried to sell me anything.

Amazing results every time ! - I have been going to Dr Rakus for botox and filers for a few years and am so happy with the results. I have just tried a course of Pellivie and can thoroughly recommend it. I am delighted with the way i look ! Everyone is complimenting me on my skin and saying how young i look. The clinic is beautiful and the staff are so helpful and friendly. I feel completely at ease with Dr Rakus and most importantly trust her totally. I would never go anywhere else now. A total find !

Great - recommended! - I admit to being particularly nervous before my first visit to Dr Rakus' clinic. I didn't ever picture myself going for a cosmetic treatment and didn't really know what lay in store. I had my doubts but was convinced to book an appointment after hearing multiple recommendations (from both men and women).
It transpired that my fears were completely unfounded. Dr Rita and the whole team were really friendly and were happy to spend time talking me through the process and all of the options that were available. I was made to feel totally at ease and was thoroughly pleased with the results of the treatment. It was much better than I'd dared hope - now I just wish that I'd done it sooner.
I have now been back twice for other treatments and have found the service to be consistently good. (I have since tried a clinic in New York and was disappointed with both the results and the service).
Great staff, great location and good value. Recommended.

Not value for money - go elsewhere! - Save your money, do a bit of research and go elsewhere. This is a top end service and you'll pay top money, but you won't get what you expect for it. I've been twice and though the first visit gave good results, it was two visits in the end and twice the money. This was years ago. Went again recently as wanted some info regarding other treatments and decided to get fillers as well whilst I was there. Was left waiting for over an hour and paid £475 for fillers that left me looking very much the same as when I arrived. You can pay £180-£250 and get much better results. The communication there is not great - from front desk (she was really avoiding me after I asked why I was left waiting and she couldn't answer) to Dr Rakus herself. All of the other places I've been hold a mirror up and ask you what you're after etc etc. None of that here. Just inject and off she went leaving me with her staff. I didn't even get a chance to tell her what areas I wanted addressing. Very bad service for nearly £500!
