Worst taxi service EVER! - We booked 2 cars from this company for my grandson's christening. My daughter rang to check on the morning of the christening only to be told that no cars would be coming. When my daughter complained about the lack of service and notification she was told to shut up!
So if you want to deal with totally unreliable and extremely rude people then this is the taxi firm for you, otherwise stay well clear.
Unfortunately this webpage wouldn't allow me to post a rating less than 1 which is clearly what this firm deserves!

Avoid like the plague - If you want to get to your destination and not have to deal with a rude and useless manager, please do not bother contacting Putney Cars.

I pre-ordered 2 cabs to get me from Putney to St Paul's for day 2 of the Olympics...yes I knew it would be busy and roads would be closed but I stupidly thought a cab firm would also know this...

Putney cars accepted our booking, so we called early on the morning to check all was fine, to be told 'no we're not coming, roads are closed' So if we hadn't called, we would have been waiting for cabs that would have never come and we were then left worrying that we wouldn't find anyone else and would miss a very important family event.

Fortunately a Wandsworth based firm was a bit more professional and saved the day.

When I called Putney Cars to complain, I was told it was my fault for trying to do anything during the Olympics and to 'shut up'

Please avoid this rubbish company. I would have given them zero but the form won't let me!
