At the time of booking my taxi I provided a postcode and the necessary time of arrival at my destination and I asked for advice about the expected travel duration. I misplaced my trust and wrongly assumed that I would receive professional advice from someone who knows the business inside out. But this was not the case. As it turned out on the day, my taxi was booked for the wrong time therefore arrived 10min late.
I asked the driver what was the estimated time of reaching my destination and I was given the number that was DOUBLE of what I was advised in the first place. Hence, I arrived for my meeting 36min late!
I went back to talk to the owner at Apex but he wasn't listening to me at all. I was told by the owner of Apex that no one is professional in this world including the ex PM who he called a thief and a liar. To my question: 'Do you want to be compared with him then?', the owner answered: 'Yes, of course'. 14-09-16
