TERRIBLE SERVICE - I would not under any circumstances take anything here again. I put a silk-mix coat in for dry-cleaning, expecting them to know how best to treat the fabric. It was the first time I had had it cleaned and it just had two tiny black marks on that I was keen to get out. The coat came back covered in dull marks all over it, darker along the edges. I suspect it was a dirty iron that had done it. They hadn't checked it before i saw it. I was appalled to have it come back much worse than it was, especially because it was a one-off by a young designer. When I later spoke to the manager on the phone he was off-hand and laughed off my anxiety about it being ruined. He had already sent it off-site to be cleaned again without my giving him permission to do this. It came back with some of the marks gone but some still visible. Hugely disappointing 'service'. 03-07-13
