CUSTOMER WARNING_BUYER BEWARE! - Bring your clothing to this highly unprofessional dry cleaning company if you want the same results as below:

1. Your garments are returned to you in a much worse condition than you brought them

2. The Manager tells you a bare-faced lie that HE cleaned your clothes, when in fact it was the junior staff member

3. "for every two garments you bring in, one of them WILL be damaged" ~ direct complaint response quoted by the Manager

4. REPEAT: 50% of the clothing provided from you WILL end up being damaged. Do you seriously want that?

5. Amateurs attempting to clean your clothes yet do not inform you of any potential risks, before going ahead and taking your money

6. Who knows where your cash is going or which other organisation is being funded, once you've handed it to them.......are they even registered for VAT?

7. When you stick up for yourself in pointing out the damage caused by their cleaning methods, you are shouted down and told to "call the Solicitor!" in a highly patronising and condescending manner

8. No attempt is made to fix the damage or any compensation is offered as a customer goodwill gesture

9. Your statutory rights are completely ignored and they relish in trying to put the blame on YOU for damage THEY caused to your clothing, including distress inflicted.

Remember all of the above. If you still decide to bring your treasured dry cleaning there, the very same or much worse can happen to you! 22-08-14
