DO NOT USE! - Terrible service. They lost my items and haven't given me an apology or and sort of compensation - even a refund as I stupidly paid up front!!! Seems like this is quite a common occurence too after looking at other reviews.

Perfection on Time - City Centre Dry Cleaners saved my life!
I had a very important meeting, which my career depended on, I had sorted out everything apart from checking my suit. When I did check the suit, at the last minute I found that there was a large stain, on the front pocket of my jacket, standing out badly. I knew that there would be no way that I could treat the stain, or that I could replace the suit. Hopelessly I decided to try the nearest dry cleaners. It was by luck that I walked into City Centre Dry Cleaners, that morning. They took my jacket in, and said they would try to treat the stain and return it to me within 3 hours. Not believing that this would be possible I went back home.

After 3 hours I went to collect my suit. I went in and the friendly gentlemen behind the counter brought out my suit jacket, there was no stain there and the jacket had been pressed in professionally, to an exquisite standard. City Centre Dry Cleaners did not only remove the stain from my jacket, but they made it look of a higher standard, and working in the business world for so long, I know that representaion means everything!

It was luck that brought me to City Centre Dry Cleaners a year ago, and from that day I have been using their service regulary, to find a reasonable, friendly company whose work speaks of perfection in every manner. THANK YOU CITY CENTRE!

Very Pleased - I got married last year, and my wife had her wedding dress cleaned at City Centre. The service we recieved was superb and dress was returned in an immaculate condition, all stains were removed bead work and sequences were not damaged at all.

Avoid like the plague - These dry cleaners have totally ruined my vintage coat with a fox fur lining. It was bought for me for 2000 pounds as a birthday present last year from a dealer. I took it into the City Dry Cleaners to sew the lining to the coat I specifically told them not to apply heat or dry clean the coat as the collar and lining is fox fur - I am a former textile designer so know about fabrics and was very explicit in my instruction.

Contrary to my instructions, they took it upon themselves to either steam it or dry clean it. As a result the coat has been completely destroyed.

They allowed the coat to leave the factory in this state and it was delivered back to the shop and given to me even though the coat was totally damaged. The backing of the fur is so affected that the hem of the coat has puckered up so it doesn't hang down but looks as if it is moulded into a bubble shape.

They have ignored my letters and I am now taking them to court. Avoid them like the plague!
