AWFUL SERVICE! - I’ve made the mistake of using Spotless twice now – NEVER AGAIN! First time a dress came back and wasn’t cleaned properly, second time, they managed to make holes in a silk shawl, despite me clearly asking them beforehand whether it would be ok drycleaning something so delicate. The rude owner eventually gave me money back for the drycleaning on this occassion, but not without a good flight and it doesn’t pay for the damage they caused. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere – there are plenty of other drycleaners in the area with a MUCH better level of service! 02-11-11
