Bad, bad, bad. - I rang their office and asked for a car to pick me up in 15 minutes. After 10 minutes I went and wait outside, thinking in case they turn up early which turned out to be wishful thinking as they kept me waiting for half an hour in the freezing cold. When I phoned up to ask where my car was, they said it would be there in 4 minutes well I have just looked on Google maps and it takes 4 minutes to drive from their office to my house so that proves they didn't even remember about the pickup.
When the driver arrived, for some reason in stead of driving right up to me he stopped a way down the street and sounded his horn. I thought that was strange as there were no other cars around and there was no reason he couldn't have stopped next to me. He asked me where i was going to although I had already told the person on the phone, then even asked me where it was and what was the best way to get there. We should have swapped seats as I felt like I was the taxi driver and he was the customer.
It was a local fare, less than 10 minutes drive and he charged me six pounds which is about average. Although the price was average, the quality of service was very much below standard. I will not be using them again.
