The Three Kings is a diamond in the rough. Hidden away off of the high street, it takes a bit of ingenuity to discover the place, but that does its bit to ensure that only the most determined will find it! The pub has a lot going for it, from the rhino head mounted on the wall to the collection of real ales on draught and the amazing vinyl jukebox upstairs. It's also a fine place to meet up with a group of friends, large or small, over a couple pints. They even have Wild Turkey, my favorite bourbon, behind the bar (as well as some other choice selections like Makers Mark)!
The only real drawbacks to consider about this pub is that it keeps rather limited hours, so you need to enjoy it while you can. On the Saturday that I went, the sign outside advertised that it was open from 5-11pm, which leaves only large enough a window to come for a pre- or post-dinner tipple, before venturing out further to find a later license. Still, it's definitely worth a look if you are in the area.
