One of my favorite "everday" restaurants in the city. (And I could go almost everyday). The decor isn't fancy, the service is nothing to write home about but the food is straight up yummy. There tends to be up to a 20 minute wait on the weekend but you can nip across the street for a beer and they'll call your mobile.
I recommend the beef wrapped in rice paper for a starter. They bring a cooker to your table and you get to cook your own meat, add noodles and other goodies and wrap your own. Food and a project- fun for all. I also love the Campfire Sirloin Steak and La Vong Grilled Fish(which is also cooked at your table. Fire at the table, I tend to be a fan).
Also great for take-out.
