I have been involved in marketing for the past 6 years. A large part of my work involves looking at the clothing sector. Having researched the market for bespoke clothes, it was surprising to see how little people understood about what is Bespoke and what is made to measure. Not that this is helped by the poor advice given by some well known mens magazines ( No names - but you know who you are). Having been a customer for franco for nearly 5 years , I would like to say that without doubt that he is the best tailor in London IN WHICH HE MAKES THE GARMENT COMPLETELY BY HAND . FROM CRADLE TO GRAVE!!!From what you get for your money it is quite simply unbeatable. I have witnessed saville row tailors come into the workshop asking for his help and advice. He is a very honest and sincere person who treats his customers with respect. It does not take up to 4 weeks. It is not sent away to jonny foreigner who earns a few bob an hour only for you to cough a couple of thousand pounds later on. it can take within 1 week. He is an expert craftsmen with years of experience. Onece you have been with him you will not want to go elsewhere. ps. Check out his son's shirts -NINOS (www.ninos.co.uk) They are the best in London - far superior to the rubbish you get on jermyn st. Don't believe me? check out the shop in the Quadrant arcade (NINO'S) at the bottom of regent street.
