I rented one of their apartments for 18 months. At the end of the lease, they negotiated a pro-rate for me to leave early (the owner wanted me to leave 1 week early). After I moved out, they refuse to pay back the pro-rated amount and suggest I get legal advice!
I do not trust these people.
